5. Your Content

All articles generated by bloq.ink are published to a GitHub repository that belongs to you. You retain full ownership of all generated content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over articles created for your blog. If you cancel, your repository is transferred to your account and remains fully accessible.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure API key management. GitHub App permissions are scoped to the minimum required for publishing. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we retain data for 30 days for recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Your GitHub repository and all published content are unaffected — they remain in your GitHub account. Performance analytics may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement.
