Refund Policy

1. Onboarding & Setup

All bloq.ink plans include a personal onboarding call and full setup assistance. There is no free trial — instead, we work directly with you before and after your first payment to ensure the service is properly configured for your use case.

We encourage you to complete the onboarding call and review the initial content output during your first 30 days to evaluate whether the service meets your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If the service experiences a prolonged outage or critical failure that prevents you from using its core features for more than 48 consecutive hours, and we fail to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount, or unauthorized charge after cancellation).
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only): If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription (monthly or annual), you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to the first payment and does not apply to renewals.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want to use the service after the 30-day guarantee period or after renewal payments.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Third-Party Platform Issues: If your blog, CMS, or connected platform (e.g., WordPress, Ghost) experiences issues unrelated to bloq.ink. We are not responsible for actions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
  • Partial Month Usage: Subscriptions are charged in advance (monthly or annually). If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of your billing period, but no prorated refunds are provided.
  • Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals (after the first payment) are non-refundable unless there is a billing error or service failure as described in Section 2.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Transaction ID or billing date (if applicable)
  • Details about any service failures or billing errors (if relevant)

We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond via email. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the web app at app.bloq.ink or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused days in your billing cycle.

6. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate (Starter $948/yr, Growth $1,908/yr, Scale $3,828/yr).

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee (Section 2) applies to the first annual payment only.
  • If you cancel an annual subscription after 30 days, you retain access for the remainder of the year, but no refund is provided.
  • Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable unless there is a billing error.

7. Payment Processing

bloq.ink uses Stripe to handle billing. Refunds are processed through Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
