Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using bloq.ink (the "Service"), operated by Cybrix, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
bloq.ink is an autonomous AI content marketing platform that researches keywords, generates SEO-optimized articles, publishes them to your blog via GitHub or CMS integration, and tracks performance across Google Search and AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). The Service runs automatically after initial setup and requires no ongoing input from you.
3. Account Requirements
To use the Service, you must:
- Have a valid email address
- Have a blog or website you own or have permission to publish to
- Provide accurate business information during onboarding
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Not share your account credentials with others
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys stored in your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
The Service is offered in multiple paid tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) with monthly and annual billing options. All plans include a free trial. Current pricing and feature details are available on our pricing page.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the app. Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or billing errors. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Setup and onboarding are included in all plans at no extra cost.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Publish content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
- Use the Service to generate spam or manipulative content at scale
- Misrepresent the origin or authorship of generated content in a deceptive manner
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content generated by the Service and published to your blog. Your blog lives in a GitHub repository that belongs to you — we do not claim ownership over any articles, images, or data in your repository. You grant us a limited license to use your business context and content solely to provide the Service.
7. No Guarantees
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to: search rankings, organic traffic growth, citation rates in AI platforms, or revenue generated. Results vary based on your domain authority, niche, competition, and content strategy. SEO and GEO results typically take weeks to months to materialize.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, Google Search Console, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and various CMS providers. We are not responsible for changes to these third-party services that may affect the functionality of bloq.ink. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms complies with their respective terms.
9. Intellectual Property
The bloq.ink platform, including its pipeline architecture, agent system, and interface, is owned by Cybrix, LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybrix, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your GitHub repository and all published content remain yours. You have 30 days to export any account data before it is deleted from our systems.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
